These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website Abruzzowonders.com (hereinafter the “Site”). By accessing the Site or using its services, the user (hereinafter “User” or “Advertiser”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Abruzzowonders.com is a digital platform that acts exclusively as an advertising showcase for:
- Hosts: Individuals or entities offering rental accommodations.
- Tourism Operators: Guides, course organizers, gastronomic experience providers, and other local activity operators.
The Site is not a travel agency, a tour operator, nor a booking intermediary. Currently, the direct booking system is disabled: the Site solely facilitates contact between the Advertiser and the potential Customer.
2. Role of Abruzzowonders.com and Limitation of Liability
- Intermediation: The Site does not intervene in, manage, or guarantee transactions, bookings, or payments between Users and Advertisers. Any agreement takes place privately outside of the platform.
- Disclaimer of Warranty: Abruzzowonders.com does not guarantee the truthfulness, quality, safety, or legal compliance of the properties and activities advertised.
- No Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Site Owner be held liable for damages, breach of contract, accidents, cancellations, or disputes arising from the relationship between Advertisers and Customers.
3. Obligations of the Advertiser (Hosts and Operators)
By registering and publishing an advertisement, the Advertiser declares and warrants, under their sole responsibility, to:
- Legitimacy: Possess all administrative authorizations, licenses, insurance, and legal requirements (e.g., regional identification codes, SCIA) necessary for the conduct of the activity.
- Taxation: Autonomously fulfill every tax obligation (issuing receipts/invoices, tax returns, any applicable tourist tax).
- Accuracy: Provide truthful and non-misleading information regarding the services offered.
4. Free and Premium Packages
The Site offers different publication modes:
- Free Package: Allows the insertion of one advertisement with limited features.

Premium Packages: Require payment of a fee for additional perks (e.g., increased visibility, more photo uploads, homepage placement).
- Prices and features of the packages are indicated on the dedicated page.
- Payments for Premium packages are non-refundable once the publication service has been activated.
5. User Content
The Advertiser grants Abruzzowonders.com the right to use, display, and promote the uploaded content (texts and photos) for marketing purposes related to the Site. The Advertiser must hold the copyright for the uploaded photos and agrees to indemnify and hold the Site harmless from any third-party claims for intellectual property infringement.
6. Prohibited Uses
It is forbidden to use the Site to:
- Publish illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content.
- Insert links to competing or fraudulent websites.
- Use automated systems (bots) to extract data from the Site.
7. Modifications and Suspension of Service
The Owner reserves the right to:
- Modify these Terms at any time.
- Remove advertisements that do not meet quality standards or comply with these Terms, without prior notice.
- Suspend the accounts of users who violate the rules of the platform.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the use of the Site, the Court of Chieti shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
